You play him like you would with any scaling crit ADC but with a flair of a caster. Theres no need for anything fancy with his weapon rotation either, just get rid of Severum first and then the previous weapon after that. If you've been good and kept a decent weapon rotation you will have Severum/Crescendum which is a fat powerspike, the only problem is that its a medium-short range weapon combo and you only have a bit of extra sprint on the Severum to engage on people in the first place. Other weapon powerspikes that are fun and make for flashy plays and high damage output: Calibrum/Crescendum, Calibrum/Infernum

But every game, I just beg my bot/top to ward, do two of my side camps then Q over enemy jungle to smite steal a buff followed into a lvl 2 gank on whichever lane (usually top), then collect camps, go bot/top side to do the rest, smiting the buff, then reset.
I'm sure it's not optimal, but it's worked so far.

Well, again not a jax main so I don't know the particulars, but if the jungler ganks you should be good enough to kill the heimer, or bait out and dodge the stun so that you can all in him. It's a problem of if you let him set up all you can do is change the wave state to closer to your tower and not let him set up or just afk farm under tower and hope you don't die and lose tower. Ranked splits was the beginning of the end. That's when my friendlist started noticeably disappearing. People couldn't be bothered grinding their rank more than once a year.

If you think I'm exaggerating, remember how fast they backpedaling into having 0 splits after their disastrous 3 split ranked season. The didn't even go back to 2 splits, they just immediately went back to full year season because total amount of ranked games played dropped by half by the 3rd split.
