NTA but if you follow a guide you can get this piece of shit minutes after booting up the game
And you'll be using it way longer than you'd hoped because its protection is mediocre but it has an incredible +100 carry weight unique ability

Most players who use power armor use one until very late in the game when they've completed the grind for a Union or Vulcan power armor set and all the unique mods for it

Also it being ugly as shit doesn't really matter once you get a skin, many of which are on the paypig shop but a few can be found ingame; it's almost impossible to ever tell which model of power armor a high level player is using because it's concealed under their Pink Unicorn Spaceman bullshit
