I think a lot of people misunderstand this mindset. Casca loved Griffith. She loved him and idolized him after her saved her life and she dedicated herself to Griffiths dream. She most likely wanted to have sex with Griffith naturally as she loved him.
The fact that she ultimately does have "sex" with him is what is so tragic. She gets what she has wanted this entire time, except it is in the most twisted and corrupted way possible. Normies can't understand this complexity because they see rape on screen and emotionally react. This is why the sex and rape in the series IS important to the story, its narratively satisfying and makes complete sense.
