I am giving more and more serious thought to buying Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi tutorials.

He is the only one that makes it seem appealing, and I keep wondering if it will help me with stress. I already watch the videos constantly and its relaxing just watching his classes.
I am pretty sure my 'chi' is totally fucked up as it is. Maybe this would help. Being mad all the time is hard work and I need to relax goddammit.
I still think I fried my brain on Buddhism in college. Or fixed it, depending on your point of view.
