i used to go on this board alot and lurk for years

random postings on cbt threads and other stuff here and there. i kind of felt like a bum and my only purpose was to just get really jacked. watching matt ogus, blaha, jailbaitwarrior, frank yang and etc, trying routine and diets (raw onions) that i thought would raise my test. told my best gym buddy that we'd hop on test when we became 22.

then i got a little older and my elbow started hurting and my tendonitis started flaring up everytime i worked out. it slowly phased me out of working out because the tendonitis would flare up on both my elbows even if i took a month break. i slowly stopped working out soon after because every exercise involving my elbows hurt me (presses, curls extensions you name it)

at the time, my entire purpose in life felt like it was stolen away. all those times chugging peanut butter protein milk shakes and throwing up, checking my weight everyday and eating a fuckload of onions. i was depressed and i lost alot of weight and muscle.
