Doesn't have a name as far as I know. But ACOGs and MROs use that type of nested interface. If you were looking for mounts for those optics you would just use their name. That is clearly neither though, probably some proprietary chinese bullshit.
If you mean the quick detach lever, then it's just called that, or QD.
