ah yes, my mum's a nurse and back when I got my first 'roid I called her in a panic and she told me about times she was dealing with bedridden stroke patients and such, and they were trying to make them pooh and she said one lady tried to pooh and what looked like a full bunch of purple grapes dumped out of her ass and just hung there.
