It depends. Do you think the term "loli" means body type or Lolita as in a female child around 10-13. If it's the former then yes Rebecca is a "loli" but if it's the latter then no she definitely isn't because she's canonically in her 20s. The way I see it Trigger was making fun of bullshit twitter keyboard social justice warriors that believe petite, short women = child-coded so it "attracts" pedophiles. All of which is asinine.
