Alright, let me give you a little bit of a background on myself for clarity. This will give you an insight as to how and where these conclusions were drawn and to preemptively avoid the back and forth that comes with accusations of lack of experience. Lets get this out of the way first:
>25yo
>6'0 tall
>200 lbs now, used to be 175 (5% bodyfat) lean and in better shape than 99% of the population will ever be
>135-144 IQ range
>relatively physically fit but not as I used to be
>changed 18 jobs between the ages of 19 and 25
>met about a thousand people
>went through several friend groups
>slept with only 3 women
>worked physically and mentally taxing jobs
>met people who are neurotypical as well as neurodivergent, had friend groups consisting of both
>had my own place and a car
>had a job that pays 2.5x the average salary

Now that we've got that out of the way, MOST OF YOUR PROBLEMS in life will stem from none other than other people. Every single negative emotion that isnt health related is tied directly to other people. Now people are not exactly that dumb that they dont know what they are doing. When someone takes an indirect jab at you and feigns ignorance or insults you, they KNOW exactly what they are doing. Do not forgive them since they are fully aware of what they do and what they say. This includes friends, coworkers, strangers and family members. The proof of all of this that im about to share with you has already been cemented in your life, you just need to look back hard enough. Your life and social patterns are cemented by the time you leave high school. Which means that if people werent naturally drawn to you in high school (this includes girls), they will not be drawn to you in adulthood. Especially since youre less youthful and virile and if at the peak of your youth and virility, people avoid you, then dont expect it to get better for some odds reason.
