Here is the run down, OP. There's 4 species on the planet and half of the world is Mutt (mix of said species).
Abos and Niggers evolution stagnated into this quasi-ape condition where even some lesser apes can be consider more intelligent than they are.
If you plot a chart you would get white and asians going up while evolving and niggers and abos stagnating.

The sad part is that the hybridism doesn't affect directly the reproduction albeit the number is higher on the mixing of abo populations worldwide.
But with time and on the current rate they will be infertine in a couple of hundreds of years between 200~6k years to be exact.
It will happen, is inevitable, same for nigger mix. maybe hapas and some old mixing where the population involve was small will have a chance? I don't know.
