isn't their mantra that x character must be fun above all else? Why else would we get abominations like +R zappa, xrd elphelt/raven, bb arakune, or strive HC? Restricting them or "balancing" them would make them less "fun". I mean I get also making the game more aggression-focused instead of a clean balance, otherwise we get 2hko time outs on every match
