What Kaiyodo should take in is doing nonlicensed figures. Assemble Borg wasn't quite the same thing since designing went to Nightow and he gets his cut. If Yamaguchi can make up this much detailing from this suit of Batman Beyond, I'm sure he or someone at Kaiyodo can make some characters up. Cable's weapons are mostly made up too.
