Under loincloth has a painted on swimsuit style bottom that's thin on the hips but fully covers ass and crotch. I'll grab a pic on a bit. Body itself looks good. Top is non removable, possibly glued on. Underneath in front there's some kind of deep cut notch, so any cutting would require some sculpting or filling underneath.
