The NC history museum has one of Richard Pettys race cars from the 70s in the sports hall of fame and it recently got one of Dale Earnhardts number 3 goodwrench Chevrolets on display in the lobby of the museum (pic rel)

When I was in high school we’d go down to the NC history museum since my school was like 10 mins from the history museum and I’d always gawk at the kings car.
