I'd say it was a bit thought provoking. It had the idea: what if all the rumors of aliens being here were true all along, the government obviously discrediting them but having the aliens and their scout ships in Area 51, and all our advanced commonplace everyday technology being reverse engineering from the aliens. That's a neat idea. The cool biotech suits, the using backdoor radio signals to coordinate their attack globally, the whole thing was great.
