Even if Vayne E's Qiyana so long as the Qiqi just walks in front of her it won't matter, once the Vayne uses her E and Q's away Qiyana can W-E back onto her.
But also she could've played literally the same way so long as she held W to chase after E-Qing on. That one difference would get her the killing AA. but instead she burns it for 0 reason going for the combo when Vayne has a dash
