Like the other anon said, the harder part of king halo's career is her lack of better skills and stats, but if you got good legacy parents to cover those stats, skills and aptitude you just need to survive the first two years, then she is free to sweep everything else.
Having said that, definitely don't do king halo's career first if you just started or you will have a bad time and waste your clocks for nothing, get a better deck and legacies first before tackling her.
