I mean for games that have absolutely no objectionable content in the slightest, but are intended for an adult or mature audience (such as realistic simulation games). These will not be banned from being sold to minors though.

Why doesn't the ESRB do something like that? They already have an E10+ rating. Why not do the same for an E17+ rating?
