Every single time with Mika from now on and doubly so if you want two Mikas. Ui is so fucking frail and outside of reducing Mika's cost she doesn't do much except die horribly all the time.

Just having sonic defense makes Seia so much stronger not including how her buffs are designed for Mika with the piercing buff and shield.
