I'm not on staff but I'd ETA Monday launch at the latest, unless they really want it to be on NEXT Saturday to be in line with the initial launch and make it more fair for everyone (which is probably what the Kaytotes meant about "handle the full proper switch back on" rather than anything to do with lvl 15s).
