Despite your best efforts at obfuscating it for some deranged and probably schizophrenic reason, here's the whole report. It shouldn't really be a thumbs-up report with the cutscenes not working, but that's what you get when you rely on user-generated content. Users are dumb and always do the wrong thing.
The report is two years old though, so it's possible that this issue is already fixed by Valve's video transcoding thing. Otherwise the usual recommendation for broken cutscenes is to try GE Proton.
