This is based on statcounter, which is based on hits and user agent data.
For developing countries it is blatantly obvious that you're mostly getting spoofed user agent data (either due to blocked regional browsers or due to review farms and other robotic turk traffic). If you look at the Indian OS graph you can quite literally see Indian phone browsers switching to reporting that they're Windows browsers in response to being blocked.

The annoyance level is roughly the same unless i want to install several different software, then linux ends being a bit less annoying (with yay specifically).
The manjaro package thing is the least annoying of the bunch as you can just search the names of the softwares, check the box of all of em and multi-drift install.

Despite your best efforts at obfuscating it for some deranged and probably schizophrenic reason, here's the whole report. It shouldn't really be a thumbs-up report with the cutscenes not working, but that's what you get when you rely on user-generated content. Users are dumb and always do the wrong thing.
The report is two years old though, so it's possible that this issue is already fixed by Valve's video transcoding thing. Otherwise the usual recommendation for broken cutscenes is to try GE Proton.

Actually it's not inevitable because Proton doesn't need to be manually tweaked for each game after release, and when some game with some issue is popular enough for Valve to give a shit about pushing a hotfix for it, they don't take two years to do so. If there are cutscene issues specifically, then it might take some time for Valve to do whatever video transcoding shit they do (and I don't understand it so I won't pretend that I do), but GE Proton would solve that issue immediately if it's just a matter of needing some codec that GE Proton already provides.

Some obscure indie game not getting the attention of Valve's "holy shit we need to make this game work on Steam Deck right now" team is an issue in that some game with a fixable issue might not be fixed FOR YOU by Valve (who are often just configuring Proton to apply some shit you can do with a launch option anyway), but again, it's not as if Proton needs to be tweaked for every game that releases. If that were the case then only AAA games would be playable. In reality a lot of indie shit just works. Nobody at Valve stepped in to fix those.
