Guys I work retail and some of my coworkers are unironic alcoholics. A few have been fired over the years because of drinking but some are still holding the line. I was talking to a coworker this morning and he smelled like he just drank a beer. I smell it on coworkers when they come back from lunch too.

They don't know people can tell because alcoholism plays a trick on your brain that makes you think people don't know. It's really just my middle aged coworkers who seem to have the problem drinking.
