I actually doubt that Epstein will be the thing that causes a pretty predictable and typical midterm loss for the GOP. Everyone is always ready to prescribe reasons for a midterm loss.
Besides 2002 because of 9/11, an incumbent president's party hasn't won the midterms since 1934. That's just how it goes.
It's certainly enough to make me totally disinterested in politics though. Trump might legitimately achieve peace in the middle east long term during his term but I can't really give a shit without the files being released. ANY explanation would've been better.
>sorry guys, deepstate already destroyed them
>can't reveal 'em, sorry but everyone is going to be fucked if we release all our kompromat at once
literally anything besides
>ugh, you guys are STILL asking me about that weirdo? what do you want to see CP or something??
give me a break

Senate can basically shoot down anything the House passes and often does if they're not the same party. A republican senate plays ball with a democrat house though on uniparty matters. Less so in reverse. But it's basically instant gridlock and lame duck status for a president's legislative agenda if they don't control both with how gerrymandered both sides make things. Even controlling both now, Republicans have to use a loophole in budget rules to pass anything without a supermajority. Our Congress has totally fucked itself into jew welfare jobs and no responsibility since a supermajority is basically impossible to get. There's no ability or will to make actual sweeping changes anywhere.
