Have you played it? What she's saying is easily decipherable if you know anything about her character. Her job is similar to that of a grim reaper or charon, using her powers of death to kill/give her enemies final rest by sending them to nihility. It's actually very poignant, although you can make the case of why she's monologuing when kicking his ass in the first place.
