18% max FP is worth it for even just 1 Rise on Recluse

Bigger FP pool means more spellspam before you need to eat a Shard or even consider thinking about succing because you'll be touching a grace before you're out
3 Schools also gives 40.5% increased damage to that type, its pretty nutty
