They're going to get irrationally mad at you because you're correct. None of these people just arbitrarily picked up parrying to try and learn the timings on a boss 99.9 percent into the game unless they'd been parrying the whole time. They died to him repeatedly and looked up a way to cheese him. Now they have a negative impression of the boss because they had to do that. These are the same people who fingerprint shield cheesed the sote final boss and called him a bad boss because they had to do that. He's reasonably difficult by the standards of a non-dlc ds1 boss.
