Thanks a lot for this, anon. I tried using photoshop to scrub out the hearts and all the other stuff tangled in the text, I tried using google translate's drawing function. Just identifying handwritten letters is so difficult. Let alone figuring out the context.

I really wish I could translate his Megumin sets but Nippon is so fucking hard. There's also so much visually happening in his art that it gets harder to translate the squigglified letters.
