for me it was the hand and foreshortened forearm, like how i draw this correctly lol.
Anyway you missed forms of noce and mouth and made it a bit flat. Observe distance between parts of face carefully.
On ref you got short distance between nose and her left cheek, nose is overlaping this area so it apears smaller and also it is slightly foreshortened.
On your drawing nose and mouth are on ceter where on ref they are sticking out to right side of picture.
