Yeah I'm not saying that everyone hates it because there are plenty of players, old and new, who are enjoying the remake but it didn't sell as much as devs were hoping from what I've read.

Yeah that's true, but I've seen people complain about having to spend money three times. Not every player has passive income, some players are teens or young adults who have to balance work/school etc. But yeah I agree with the amount of time it's taking to complete the trilogy, might as well just play the OG that still holds up.
