Superpowered girls are always the best targets. It's way hotter to render someone completely powerless when previously they could wipe you out with a snap of their fingers. Plus, it gives villains the opportunity to be way more... creative with their bondage. And ironic.

Imagine a girl with elastic powers, capable of stretching herself to almost any shape. She basically comes with her own rope! She can spend the rest of her life knotted into a compact ball, limbs tangled uncomfortably tight. Lashed to a pole with the very power that gave her so much freedom. Completely unable to do anything as her captor uses her whenever and however he wants.

And when he's not using her? She can look forward to being stretched to her limits and tightly wound around a neat little cable drum. She barely takes up any space, stored away in some dark corner of the lair waiting to be used again. She's so unassuming that her would-be rescuer, a fellow heroine working on a tip-off, walks right by her without even noticing. Shame. Would have been nice for the next addition to get an early warning of the fate that awaits her.
