I am lucky, that banner is just bait and sucks. Maybe it's OK for newer players but when the prospect of anything but your chosen costume is thread it blows ass. Also since it's a thing they talked up as being special and only coming on anni's it should be a guarantee of your chosen costume, not slightly increased odds
