2nd job i hold where my main colleage implies im autistic just because im not capable of having banter and chit chat about nothing for 8 hours a day. I know im not the most spontaneous person, maybe even boring or antisocial, but hey im capable of small talk. My socialization energy just drains pretty quick.
And normies seem to expect everyone to be capable of near constant chatter, small talk, banter, etc, for basically any time they're awake.

What do i even do?
Being less talkative makes me dislikable at most jobs or i can come off as arrogant, wierd, etc even if i work my ass off or do favors to others
