Is it beta to just ignore them and immediately move on?

It's become clear that they're not interested in me, the lie about being a lesbian is obvious since lesbians don't actually exist.
There's nothing more I can gain by talking to the woman so I also no longer have any interest in them and as such have no desire to continue talking to them.
