That's the wrong one actually, and the deceptious mod I think you're referencing is a different mod from the one they were talking about. The earlier one got taken down while the panam one is still up to this day. The deceptious mod is a one in all mod that supports maleV/femV romance with anyone, you either activate them with the mods settings or setting the flag manually. If they wanted to take it down they would also just end up taking down the only modern mod for romancing Panam as femV. On another note, deceptious has a lot of decent mods, including some quest mods and extra romances.
