the graffitti I used to see in South America was kino when I growing up there. There were graffiti murals all over the place that had some beautiful illustrations sometimes, not just grimy stylized fonts and decals like I've seen elsewhere.
If you're driving through a tunnel and there are cement slopes leading up to the tunnel..you knew you were about to be hit with some dope art on both sides

at least he was doing it underground where it would not be a visual disturbance to anybody. maybe some concern about the paint dripping and leeching into the water? (that stuff prob dries quickly idk, not an artist)
