If you were designing the game from the ground up it does seem like you could have the babies be farm only or something. Are World 1 and Cybersluts the only two that let you do it? World 1 it clearly wasn't "intended" for you to even try considering you didn't keep them for long and their stats are complete crap, and you never fight one out in the wild that I remember.
