If Ryan Cohen or Carl Icahn's plan depended on retail investors communicating and making filings with the courts, we were screwed from the start. Clearly people have a legal right to write to the courts, but given the redacted information and what JPM was caught doing, ide say the hearings for randos contacting the courts that have delayed us are mostly bad actors.
