Lets say I'm A and I want the third exit. I go in the inner lane and circle around, but now I need to cut across the outer lane to move into the third exit. So what happens when someone at B wants the same exit, since they would have to go around the outer lane to get there. How does A avoid cutting across B and getting rear-ended?
