As for what I could do to get more money well there's the potential for some extra work, but it's literally only like 1/2 hours a week more at time and a half. Guys from work are going out drinking and I wasn't invited. Found out when one of the other staff mentioned it in front of me, then they akwardy started laughing. Not sure why it's bothered me, I wouldn't even be that bothered about going but not even an invite. I thought I got on well with most of them desu, suppose it's only work at the end of the day.

Science could answer the question "why do things fall downwards instead of upwards?" because it's a question about the behaviour of the physical universe. It's about mechanisms, patterns and laws that can actually be observed within the universe.

"Why is there something instead of nothing?" is fundamentally different. You can't observe or test things that can't be tested or observed.

I don't think so. Potentially if we examine the universe enough then we might find evidence to answer the question of why the universe exists. I think religious people like to just say "No! Science can't answer that, because I say so! Therefore God must exist!"
