I was SO consistent! Tracking my food, maintaining a high protein goal while also getting veggies, and 6 days a week of working out, for like 6 months. But life always happens and it falls apart T-T

Idk, maybe it helped that I started thin before HRT, and all the new fat went straight to my hips. My workouts didn’t really cut more than like, 5-10 lbs, so I imagine it I kept going I woulda lost some curves
