okay I opened it up anyway. so the scepter runs 'cycles' in order to reach the "prime mover of life"
it began with inorganic life as the early variables during the initial 50000 cycles
then it evolved into using organic life and later humans, running for millions of cycles as a deep learning process kinda thing
phainon's and cyrene's plan halted the deep learning cycles, causing the scepter to stall and loop the same cycle over and over again for 33550336 dead loops
these loops are not the same as the 'cycles'. phainon (khaslana) ran through 33 million loops of the same 1 cycle with the same people and Heirs in it every time (and I presume mostly similar roles, end results etc. with minor variations like the memory shards show in the basin)
whatever occurred in the previous 'cycles' is out of our reach and works mostly as background lore for how the scepter and the planet works
