>Judge clearly doesn't care and that people are using proxies everywhere, even points to someone using a little plastic rubbery ducky as their Daemon Prince. As long as your opponent clearly states what a unit has or does not have, and it's not confusing to tell them apart, its no big deal.

Am I in the wrong here to feel pissed? It didn't seem that much of a big deal to me, especially since its just a casual tournament.
