For most gachas, you are absolutely right. Typically CN and JP are the main paypig regions, and CN as a user and financial market is usually more consistent and much higher.
However, this is Persona, which has famously always had a much bigger global market than an asian market, and the revenue shown by JP and Global completely obliterates CN and by the end of this month will have made as much money as the entirety of CN's service.

Stop pulling every single fucking talking point out of your ass and saying "well in these other gachas" when you are objectively incorrect about the value of CN vs the rest of the world specifically for this game. You are just wrong. You've already been proven wrong by the game's success outside of china. CN objectively is not a stronger market for this game.
