You can make a ton of gold doing the endlessly repeatable champ train in Bava Nisos, little work to get your gold out of the account bound currency but it's very profitable if you do.
Dragonfall is still really good. Drizzlewood is great, Auric Basin bauble farming is good. SotO rifts in a lot of zones can be really profitable to farm depending on map bonus rewards and rift/waypoint locations. >>531362367

There are squads running the champ train very often, maybe you don't see it in LFG because it's full or didn't get listed. 25 in a squad on LFG right now on NA.
