Maybe someone can help solve this

Gutless chugging when I accelerate, especially on the highway. Power is pulsing, as if its giving me 60%-20%-60%-20% of its power when I am in the 2000-3000 rpm range. If I floor it I get some power in a lower gear, but still it chugs as it goes.
>new oil
>new trans fluid
>new spark plugs
>new air filter
>not throwing any lights on the dash
