so, assuming this isnt just some kind of b8 or trolling, you can construct your own UV box or can (like pic related) for about $15-20. no need for a fancy expensive branded option, a cheap strip of uv lights, some hvac tape and a box or can is all you need.
material for printing is about $30 for about 100-150 miniatures worth of printing. less if you do big monsters or tanks, but still, a fairly negligible cost as far as miniatures go. my average squad of 10 miniatures comes out to about $1.50 in resin

you need about 3x3 square feet for the printer itself, another 3x3 space for cleaning, and then like 1 foot of space for a curing can. so all together a single 8x4 folding table worth of space is enough. almost anyone can manage that. as far as venting goes, if you cant get a separate room or open windows with a fan, there is also options for a fume box with ductwork which arent terribly expensive.
printing does have hurdles, there is a learning curve, the toxicity of the chemicals is an issue, legality of proxy miniatures at your local club, etc, but cost really isnt a hurdle at all, especially compared to actual GW plastic. all said and done you can buy a printer and have a printed army for like $250.
