You look like you need around 3500 grafts for good density and a natural hairline. it should come out to 5-6 grand at most high end places in turkey or Thailand (not including travel fees). i got mine done with Dr.patty in Thailand. highly recommend. go on r/hairtransplants for reviews and pick a doctor with a good track record. r/hairtransplants is a lifesaver for not getting botched by some rando in turkey.
(Yes you can get a transplant at age 20. go on r/hairtransplants and see people who got them young i got mine at 23. you can just lie to the doctor that youve been taking fin/min for a year and that your hairloss is stabilized nobody cares)
