i dont think its possible to "fix" oily skin type with any product
moisturizers should usually be oil free. geek&gorgeous vitamin c serum makes me forget about my oily forhead until pm routine. products with silica also help with oiliness i believe. long term usage of niacinmide and retinoids can help but ymmv

retinoids for acne would be my first choice
