the silly little guy who wears the friend glasses, who says kris can be a big shot if they help him get into the mayor's bunker - whoops I mean the queen's basement, who then immediately turns on them when the plan doesn't turn out. the one that gives "partnered with the knight" a complete breakdown that ralsei aggressively handwaves, the one who was still notably story-relevant throughout chapter 3, that has direct story connections to a character that is representative of kris' family if not asgore specifically, who's glasses are recognized by noelle, who's scarf connects him to DECEMBER, who has a teased plan to get revenge on everybody except mike that is completely irrelevant and detached from chapter 2's plot.

it's almost like toby is trying to tell us a story here about a character we haven't met yet.
